The rules that decide whether an account keeps its balance.
Is a VPN allowed? +
No. VPNs, proxies, VPS hosts and datacenter IPs are blocked, because they are the
normal way to run several accounts on one network. Connecting through one can get
your account restricted and your balance held, even if you only meant to hide your
ISP from a tracker. Claim from your normal home connection.
Can I create multiple accounts? +
No. One account per person and per internet connection. We match accounts on IP
address, device fingerprint and withdrawal destination, so a second account is
detected even on a different network. Duplicate accounts forfeit their balances
without notice and can get every account on that connection closed.
What is the minimum withdrawal? +

How long does a withdrawal take? +
Every payout is reviewed. A clean account is usually sent the same day, but a first
withdrawal from a new account can sit in review longer while we confirm the
destination. Never submit a request twice to "speed it up" — duplicates are the
most common reason a payout is delayed.
How much can I earn from the faucet each day? +

Why was my balance held or my account closed? +
Almost always one of: a second account on the same connection, a VPN or proxy,
an offerwall offer completed dishonestly, or a withdrawal destination that has
been used on another account. Open a ticket at Help
with your username and we will tell you which check flagged it.
Do I have to complete offers and PTC ads? +
The advertisers pay for verified attention, so yes: a PTC view is only credited
after the full timer, and an offerwall offer is only credited after the
advertiser confirms the conversion. Aborting early, refreshing, or opening the
same offer in several tabs is treated as invalid traffic and earns nothing.
